AI Live Language Calls in Telegram: Voice Practice with KeelAI Tutors
KeelAI now has a unified live-call tool for speaking practice inside the Telegram Mini App. It helps learners move from “I understand” to “I can say it”.
Live calls are now enabled for all KeelAI language directions:
- Marko for Estonian;
- Laima for Latvian;
- Ruta for Lithuanian;
- Janek for Polish;
- Mikko for Finnish;
- Pawlu for Maltese;
- Aruzhan for Kazakh;
- Aziza for Uzbek;
- Sofia for Spanish;
- Aysylu for Tatar.

What the live-call tool does
This is not a separate app and not a regular chatbot. A learner opens KeelAI in Telegram, chooses Calls, and practices with an AI tutor in a video-call style interface.
They can speak by voice for speaking practice or type text when using the microphone is not convenient. Tutor replies stay connected to the learning context, so a short session still feels focused.
When it helps
Live calls work best for short scenarios:
- introducing yourself in a new language;
- rehearsing a shop, cafe, work, or study situation;
- asking the tutor to slow down;
- repeating one phrase several times;
- turning dictionary and reader work into active speech.
How it connects to other KeelAI tools
Live calls do not replace the reader, dictionary, or trainers. They cover a different step: active use.
For example, read a short text, save a few useful words, then open a live call and ask the tutor to build a mini-dialogue with those words. That turns vocabulary into speech.
