Delete your KeelAI account or data

How to request deletion

KeelAI is provided by E-com solutions OÜ. Use the form below with the email address connected to your KeelAI account. We will send a six-digit verification code valid for 10 minutes. Enter the code, choose what you want deleted, review the summary and confirm the irreversible action.

This form currently supports email and Google sign-in accounts. For a Telegram-only account, use the privacy controls inside KeelAI or contact privacy@keelai.ai.

Full account deletion

Full deletion removes learning settings and progress stored by KeelAI, saved words, training data, reader progress, uploaded texts and activity history linked to the account. The email contact is deleted, and previously sent service emails are de-linked from the user.

After deletion, this user data cannot be restored through KeelAI.

Delete selected data

You may keep the remaining data and delete only activity records associated with chats and voice messages, or only uploaded texts, their metadata and related reading progress. Your subscription and other learning progress remain active when you choose partial deletion.

Data that may be retained

Payment and accounting records required for tax, legal, fraud-prevention, chargeback or subscription-administration purposes may be retained for the period required by applicable law. They are minimized or de-linked from your learning profile where feasible.

The history of previously sent service emails may remain without a link to the user's email address or account.

App Store and Google Play subscriptions

Deleting your KeelAI account does not automatically cancel or refund an active App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage cancellation in the store where you purchased the subscription before deleting your account.
