Overview
KeelAI is a digital language learning service provided by E-com solutions OÜ through the KeelAI iOS and Android applications, Telegram bots, and the Telegram Mini App.
This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how subscription cancellation and refund requests are handled for KeelAI.
Digital Service Access
Paid access to KeelAI is activated shortly after payment is completed. The service is delivered digitally and can be used immediately after activation.
By subscribing, the user requests immediate access to the digital service and acknowledges that refund rights may be limited after access has been activated, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Refunds
Refunds for a paid subscription period are not provided after access to the digital service has been activated.
This does not limit mandatory statutory rights. We may review refund requests in cases such as a technical error, duplicate charge, or inability to provide the paid access.
Subscription Cancellation
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. After cancellation, paid access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation must be completed before the next billing date to avoid the next renewal charge. No retroactive cancellations are applied.
Payment Platforms
Purchases made through the iOS app are processed by Apple, purchases made through the Android app are processed by Google Play, card payments are processed by Stripe, and Telegram Stars or TON payments are processed through the relevant Telegram or wallet infrastructure.
If a payment platform applies its own refund or dispute rules, those rules may apply in addition to this policy.
