Description of Service

KeelAI is an AI-powered language tutoring service operated by E-com solutions OÜ. The service provides interactive language learning through the KeelAI iOS and Android applications, Telegram bots, and the Telegram Mini App.

The service is available from the Apple App Store, Google Play, and Telegram at https://telegram.me/LinguaApp_bot. The website at https://keelai.ai provides product information and direct links to official distribution channels.

Access and Availability

KeelAI can be accessed through the iOS or Android application or through Telegram. Account and sign-in requirements depend on the selected platform and feature.

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond our control, including Apple, Google, or Telegram platform outages.

Supported Languages

KeelAI currently supports the following languages: Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Polish, Maltese, Kazakh, Uzbek, Spanish, Finnish, and Tatar.

The list of supported languages may change. We may add new languages or discontinue support for existing ones. We will notify subscribers of any significant changes.

Subscriptions and Billing

KeelAI offers subscription plans billed monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually. One subscription provides access to all available languages.

Subscriptions are managed through the channel where they were purchased. App Store and Google Play subscriptions can be changed or cancelled through the corresponding store account; Telegram subscriptions can be managed through the bot.

Prices are listed in EUR. Local currency pricing (PLN, KZT, UZS) may be available for users in supported regions.

Payment Methods

KeelAI accepts the following payment methods:

• Apple in-app purchase — processed by Apple for purchases made in the iOS application • Google Play Billing — processed by Google for purchases made in the Android application • Telegram Stars — the digital service is provided by E-com solutions OÜ, while the payment is processed inside Telegram using Telegram's native payment infrastructure • TON (Toncoin) — the digital service is provided by E-com solutions OÜ, while the payment is processed via Telegram Wallet or another connected TON-compatible flow • International bank card (Visa/Mastercard) — processed via Stripe • Local currencies (PLN, KZT, UZS) — processed via Stripe for supported regions

Payments in Telegram Stars and TON may also be subject to Telegram's or the relevant wallet/platform rules in addition to these terms. Card payments open from the Telegram bot in a secure payment form.

Cancellation and Refunds

Subscriptions can be cancelled through the platform where they were purchased. Upon cancellation, access normally continues until the end of the current billing period. Refund eligibility depends on applicable law and the rules of the payment platform. App Store purchases and refund requests are handled under Apple's terms; Google Play purchases are handled under Google's terms; Telegram Stars, TON, Stripe, and other external payments may be subject to the corresponding provider's rules. This does not limit the user's mandatory statutory rights, for example in the event of a technical error, duplicate charge, or inability to provide the paid access. Subscription Auto-Renewal

The Service is provided on a subscription basis with automatic renewal. By subscribing, the user agrees to recurring monthly charges until the subscription is cancelled. The subscription renews automatically for successive billing periods unless cancelled prior to the next billing date.

Payment Authorization

By subscribing, the user authorizes recurring charges through the selected platform or payment provider, including Apple, Google, Telegram, Stripe, or another provider shown at checkout. The user confirms they are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on applicable law and the rules of the platform that processed the purchase. App Store and Google Play refund requests are handled by Apple or Google respectively. Telegram Stars, TON, Stripe, and other external payment providers apply their own refund procedures. This does not limit mandatory statutory rights. Service Delivery

The Service is considered delivered once access is granted in the selected KeelAI application or Telegram experience. Lack of usage does not mean the Service was not provided.

Cancellation Process

The user may cancel the subscription at any time via the payment provider's customer portal or by contacting support. Cancellation must be completed before the next billing date. No retroactive cancellations are applied.

Disputes and Chargebacks

Before initiating a dispute or chargeback, the user agrees to contact support. Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of access to the Service.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use KeelAI responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws. You must not:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose • Attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit the AI system • Share your subscription access with others • Use automated tools or scripts to interact with the bots • Generate harmful, offensive, or illegal content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology associated with KeelAI are the intellectual property of E-com solutions OÜ. The AI-generated tutoring content is provided for your personal learning use only.

You retain ownership of any personal data you provide. We do not claim ownership of your messages or learning data.

Limitation of Liability

KeelAI is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes, language proficiency levels, or educational results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, E-com solutions OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the bot or via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
