What you can do

Prepare a reply about your experience

Start with one fact, add a specific responsibility and explain what you want to do next. Do not memorise someone else’s biography: use your own role and experience.

  • Question: “Rääkige palun oma töökogemusest.” — Please tell us about your work experience.
  • Example: “Olen töötanud kaks aastat klienditeenindajana.” — I have worked in customer service for two years.
  • Add a responsibility: “Minu ülesanne oli kliente aidata.” — My task was to help customers.
  • Finish with your goal: “Soovin oma eesti keelt tööl rohkem kasutada.” — I want to use my Estonian more at work.

Role-play a workplace situation with Marko

In the app, name your job, situation and preferred difficulty. Ask Marko to ask one question at a time. Reply by voice or text, then repeat the corrected reply in your own words.

  • Interview: explain one skill and give a real work example.
  • Colleague: clarify the task, deadline and next steps.
  • Customer: find out what they need and suggest a next step.
  • After the dialogue, ask for three important corrections and repeat the scene. KeelAI practice does not replace a professional qualification or an official language exam.

FAQ

How can I practise Estonian for a job interview?

Prepare a short account of your experience, one example of a work task and a question for the employer. In KeelAI, ask Marko to role-play an interview for your job: reply by voice or text, ask for clarification and repeat your replies after reviewing mistakes.

What level of Estonian do I need for work?

It depends on the role and the employer; there is no single level for every job. Check the vacancy requirements. KeelAI’s free test helps you choose a practice difficulty, but does not establish professional eligibility or award an official certificate.
